But this time, "It’s taken me by surprise," says the lady, thoroughly enjoying the shoot. "I heard that it was almost zero degree in Delhi the other day. It’s freezing cold, ‘Brrrrr’," she says. But she was quite sceptical of the razai when we suggested it first. "Are you nuts? Me, with a razai around me?" she said. A bit of cajoling later, she’s got the quilt snug around her, and is game for some fun. She laughs, jokes, and struggles to present a straight face to the camera. "Give us a sexy look," we ask of her. She tries hard to pout, and collapses laughing, seconds later. But this will be quite a hatke photo, quite different from the glam ones we get to see of her, we tell Neha. Now this brings from her a serious, forthright answer. "You know," she says, "These things have stopped bothering me now. I have lately worked with some really grounded people from the industry, and have learnt to differentiate actors from ‘stars’. I have learnt that there are people who want to become stars before they become actors," she says. But what has stopped bothering her? "Things like my hair not being in place or a chipped fingernail" these things don’t matter to me anymore. Doing a great job in the acting department is what ultimately counts," says Neha. So, that’s the new Neha for you talking about her comfort levels, sitting comfortably snug in a razai!
