Priyanka dictates terms on sets of Fashion

So far one has generally heard of actors likes Aamir Khan, Akshay Kumar and Salman Khan demanding changes in the film’s storyline. It seems that the industry’s top heroines too have their way with their directors. Priyanka Chopra proved this recently.The actress is believed to have forced director Madhur Bhandarkar to change the climax of his film, Fashion. The director had no other choice but to agree.Madhur had spent a lot of time trying to rope in a big actress for his film. He had approached Bipasha Basu and Kareena Kapoor for the role but things did not work out.It is believed that he was specially keen on signing Kareena. However, he finally decided to sign Priyanka but had to relook at the script from Priyanka’s persepective. Madhur took a long time to convince Priyanka to do the film. Nobody really knew why the actress was dilly-dallying for such a long time. It seems that the main reason was that she was not comfortable with the film’s ending. The original end of the film had Priyanka becoming pregnant. The script had the actress playing the role of a girl who has many men in her life and is unperturbed by her pregnancy and decides to flaunt it. However,Priyanka found the idea too bold and told Madhur that it would go against her image. The new ending will not find Priyanka’s character becoming pregnant.The end has been mellowed down to suit the actress’s sensibilities.
