'I was in a relationship'

Does it give you an ego boost to be known as Kajol’s younger sister? No, because I was known as Tanuja’s daughter and Shobna Samarth’s granddaughter prior to that. With so many great people in the family, it becomes all the more difficult to prove your worth. What’s the one thing that you envy in Kajol? I wish I could knit like her. How about speaking your mind out like Kajol? (Laughs) Sometimes I do, but I’m training to be diplomatic these days. It was stated by Kajol in a popular coffee show that Rani is more pally with you? That’s right. But we lost touch when I went to Australia. How much truth is there in the Kajol-Rani rivalry? No truth at all. Speaking of ventures, what’s with your hiatus? It’s been two years. I lost heart when the audience did not appreciate Neal ‘N’ Nikki because I had put a lot into it. I desired to be a part of good ventures. I was also into a relationship then. And at such times, career tends to take a backseat. Any marriage plans? It’s only work, work and work for me now. You will be seen in Ashwini Dheer’s 123 to be produced by Kumar Mangat and Ram Gopal Varma’s Sarkar Raj ? True. I agreed to Kumar Mangat’s venture as he is family and I am comfortable working with him. What about you not getting along with Esha Deol and Sameera Reddy? This is the first time I’m hearing about this. I had a great time on the sets and I’ve no problems with anybody. This might be my first time with Sameera, but Esha and I are friends.
