Hi Friends……!!
Today, I want to share my experience with LG Product.
1st of all , I want to thank LG INDIA and the Service Center Staff of Gurgaon Service Center for their service and support, they provided.
I purchased LG Split AC last year from M/s Regal Electronics, Gurgaon and it was installed by M/s Regal Electronics.
But it was the bad luck that the AC didn’t function well from the day, it was installed.
There was water leakage from the indoor unit. I made compliant to LG Helpline (Noida). The compliant was attended on time.
But the problem could not remove. I made compliant again and again, the technicians visited again and again, but all in vain.
I sent mails to LG India and requested the related officials explaining all the condition with the pictures of the water falling unit.
The responsible personal from the Service Center, visited my home and checked the AC.
My AC was replaced with a new one.
I, again thank LG India, particularly Satender Raghav Ji, Mr. Joshi/Doshi Ji, Mr. Mohit Ji and other related personals from Gurgaon/NCR Service Center, who did good efforts and helped me in this matter.
Friends, I was told my some of my friends that the service and products of LG INDIA are not much good.
But, friends, as far as my experience is concerned, I hereby recommend LG Products and Service, the best service provided.
Once again I thank LG INDIA for their support and service!!!!
